– In the absence of an agreement between the UK and the EU, an ongoing presence of the WA/NIP would make it impossible for the Government to deliver its Manifesto Brexit commitments – The same factors preventing delivery of the Government’s Brexit Manifesto also would undermine a potential ‘Australian Deal’ – Given the conclusions of this paper, the Government is left with only a single viable opt.
