Co-Creation Toolkit: From design to implementation

22 Jun 2022

Co-creation is a collaborative practice for developing an initiative. It is a way to strengthen the individual and collective power of stakeholders to create innovative solutions to targeted issues, while creating opportunities for synergy between different groups or teams that sometimes work in silos. This toolbox is made up of eight summary sheets explaining the principles of co-creation, its advantages and disadvantages, the main guidelines for designing and leading projects, and participatory workshops based on co-creation. You will also find two methodological sheets to help bring workshops to life and the co-creation of safe spaces. Lastly, three templates are also provided to design workshop plans, co-define values and provide participatory feedback
