The plight of garment workers worldwide at the onset
of the pandemic rallied commitments from industry
stakeholders to “Build Back Better”. However, as we
show in this report, the challenges faced by workers
in Cambodia have deepened, as COVID-19’s own
crises have intersected with and exacerbated existing
social, economic, and health vulnerabilities.
