[...] The range of IPGs eligible to be reported under the TOSSD ReporLng InstrucLons and the assessment of “substanLal benefit to TOSSD-recipient countries” conLnue to be challenged and quesLoned by civil society organizaLons (CSOs) in the development of the TOSSD metric.
