SCOPE OF THE ANALYSIS 2.1 DEFINITIONS The State of Global Air Quality Funding 2023 report shares our analysis of funding for projects that tackle outdoor/ambient air pollution between 2015 and 2021, and compares these flows with funding to projects that may work against the clean air agenda by prolonging the use of polluting fossil fuels.
