Burnet Institute

Burnet Institute is an Australian medical research and public health organization. The institute conducts interdisciplinary research aimed at improving public health in six main areas: infectious diseases; maternal and child health; sexual and reproductive health; alcohol and other drugs harm reduction; immunity, vaccines and immunisation; and the health of young people. Its work encompasses research, policy, and program implementation, addressing both local and global health challenges.
