The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) is an eight-country trade bloc in Africa. It includes governments from the Horn of Africa (Dijbouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea), Nile Valley (Sudan, South Sudan) and the African Great Lakes (Kenya, Uganda).
