YIC aims to increase youth participation in national youth policy development and decision-making processes through: Promoting volunteering among young people and contributing to the recognition of volunteerism; Enhancing cultural awareness and artistic expression among youth and encouraging cross-border dialogue; Improving prospects for youth employability and supporting the personal and professional development of young people; and Contributing to the development of the linguistic and communication skills of youth.
