Nitrosamines

Nitrosamines (or more formally N-Nitrosamines) are organic compounds of the chemical structure R2N−N=O, where R is usually an alkyl group. They feature a nitroso group (NO+) bonded to a deprotonated amine. Most nitrosamines are carcinogenic.
