It drafts background and issues papers and manages the production of Yoorrook’s reports under the direction of the Commissioners. [...] Manage the production and analysis of high-quality evidence to support Yoorrook’s goals including by collating and analysing evidence from different processes (including submissions, hearings, and roundtables), collecting, collating and commissioning contemporary and historical research, developing background and position papers to inform Commissioners and developing recommendations for reports. [...] Manage and oversee the drafting, editing and production of Yoorrook’s reports in line with the direction of Commissioners. [...] Experience in establishing and sustaining constructive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and consultation, including communicating sensitively and appropriately with First Nations people and people from a range of backgrounds. [...] The ability to lead and support staff to deliver complex policy and research work in a dynamic and time-sensitive environment.
