Véronic holds an Instructor III position in the department of Chemistry at Carleton University, which acknowledges the location of its campus on the traditional, unceded territories of the Algonquin nation. [...] Under the leadership of Véronic, the Food Science program has established annual review workshops, program and curriculum alignment, e-portfolios for the assessment of learning outcomes, and a resource toolkit. [...] Véronic states that teaching is about continual improvement, hence she collaborates extensively with the Career Services, Teaching and Learning Services, and the Health and Bioscience Librarian to re-evaluate their combined initiatives, the outcomes of which have resulted in numerous keynote speaking engagements, the Students as Partners Program, and a widely used Learning Outcomes Development Pro.
