2.03 Service of Documents 2.03(1) A document may be served by: (a) leaving a copy of the notice or document with the person to be served; (b) sending a copy of the notice or document by mail, registered mail or email to the person to be served at the last address for that person in the records of the Institute; (c) sending a copy of the notice or document by courier to the person to be served at t.
