Request for a consultancy service for Resource Mobilization and Partnership Building Consultancy (Under the SALCA program)

[...] Purpose: The purpose of the consultancy is to engage a high-level RM expert to support the fundraising and partnerships building efforts of the Institute, at its head office in Addis Ababa and regional office in Nairobi; building HESPI’s internal capacity; and leading and managing its short- and medium-term RM processes and strategies. [...] Role of the RM Expert The RM expert will by contracted initially by HESPI for one year, with possibilities for extension, and have the following key responsibilities: (i) Undertake and raise new impactful resources for HESPI, and manage the RM of and sustainable resources for the short- and medium- term. [...] 3.3 Build Partnerships for donor engagements and impactful relationships • Identify and facilitate dialogue between HESPI and potential donors (both in Nairobi and Addis Ababa).
