This implementation guide aims to share knowledge about the key features of structural change and guide those interested in reducing MHSU-related structural stigma in their organizations. Drawing on real-world insights from organizations across Canada, the guide presents a theory of change to dismantle structural stigma, which includes strategies, considerations, tools and resources grouped into the following overarching categories: context (how to understand the problem), success factors (the foundational enablers of any change initiative) and, sustainability (how to arrive at and maintain the desired outcomes).
