At present, the weight of all the plastic in the city is more than the number of humans in the town. [...] It is further noted that out of all the zones, the Eastern and the Konkan railway zones showed the most prominent degradation in the magnitude of accessibility from the 24-hour period to the 7 am to 9 pm period.
