3 OBJECTIVE The objective of this policy is to reiterate YH’s commitment to full compliance with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption (MACC) Act 2009 (“MACCA”), subsequent amendments to the Act, and all guidelines issued by the relevant authorities pertaining to the same.
