[...] Continue to prioritise steps to end both military and economic elements of the conflict and reduce the presence of armed entities across the country. [...] Work with security authorities to increase their awareness of displacement and the rights of IDPs to move freely, including to return to their area of origin. [...] Encourage the IRG and Ansar Allah to expand access to communities to enable those working towards durable solutions to better assess needs and readiness for alternatives to displacement.
