STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY IN THE ADMINISTRATION AND DELIVERY OF THE CONSTITUENCY DEVELOPMENT FUND (CDF) IN

While remedies to address some of the aforementioned challenges have been pursued through standardization of the pricing index in the public sector by the Zambia Public Procurement Agency (ZPPA), the general perception of the system, to deliver on the aspirations of CDF, particularly in local authorities, is yet to be seen.
