The combination of research and analysis, dialogue, podcasts, co-design policies, and services with public and civic institutions, and providing training to workers in the public and nonprofit sectors is designed to amplify citizens’ voices and positively impact policy-making and service delivery in Somalia Our Approach To advance the understanding and improvement of public services and governance.
