Mutual learning exercise on knowledge valorisation :Focus on skills, intersectoral cooperation and incentive systems : fourth thematic report : multi-stakeholder networks and processes

The general objective of this Thematic Report is to introduce and provide reflections on the topic as well as provide shared results and conclusions from MLE participants of the current state of multi-stakeholder networks and related existing framework conditions at the national level. The following questions should be answered: • What is meant by multi-stakeholder networks? Which different types of networks exist and how do they support the valorisation of knowledge? • What initiatives of network approaches are in place at the national level? • What policy instruments and framework conditions support and influence multi-stakeholder networks for knowledge valorisation? • Which factors help networks to growth in influence, impact and possible outreach?
