[...] Key Takeaway from the Roundtable The main message of the discussion was that to enable women-led development, a multi-pronged approach that addresses constraints - both on the supply side (the burden of care and domestic work, lack of skills and education, social and cultural norms) and demand side (limited demand for women’s work) - is the need of the hour.
