This three-day Program draws on over twelve years of leading research and insights developed by the RAI and some of the nation’s top minds and leading authorities on best practice approaches to the development of regional systems, their communities and economies. [...] The Program will accelerate and stretch your individual practice in regional innovation, development and transition, supported by a diverse faculty of leading thinkers and practice leaders from across Australia and a small and select cohort of peers. [...] He is currently undertaking research in four major areas: the outcomes of the closure of the Australian automotive industry; the cross-national analysis of the leadership of places; the quality and condition of Australia’s housing stock; and the use of services and housing by Australia’s ageing population. [...] She was on the board of the Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service for 6 years, the Cape York Hospital Board for two years and has been on the board of several Regional Training Providers/Organisations for General Practice Training, on the board of the Rural Doctors Association of Australia for two years and the Tropical Australian Academic Health Centre board.
