One hundred percent (100%) of an accessory structure may be used for the home occupation: (1) if located to the side or the back of the principal structure; and (2) the total floor area of the accessory structure does not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the gross floor area of the principal structure. [...] The on-premise sale and delivery of goods which are not produced on the premises is prohibited, except in the case of the delivery and sale of goods incidental to the provision of a service.
