The employee survey was conducted between November 2022 and February 2023: 288 employees worked at the Commission at the time of the survey. [...] The grievances were filed by the unions representing the group of employees: the Association of Justice Counsel, the Public Service Alliance of Canada, and the Canadian Association of Professional Employees. [...] When a hearing is warranted, we refer the case to the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, at which time we decide to what extent we participate on behalf of the public interest, which means, we are there to defend the human rights of the people of Canada.
