Every effort must be made to preserve the dignity and respect of the parties to the complaint and of APHRC. [...] Upon receipt of the investigator (committee)'s report, the Safeguarding Manager, in consultation with the HR Manager, and/or Head of Unit concerned, will contact both the complainant and the person against whom the complaint was lodged and advise each of the outcome of the investigation.
