The United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres continues to sound the alarm, to remind leaders of the importance and potential of working peacefully together, and to create a Common Agenda in which we can strengthen the United Nations and the relationships between nations to meet the growing multitude of challenges we face. [...] UNAA specifically recommended that the Australian Government adopt the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) as the foundation of the framework for the assessment of the wellbeing of the Australian community and for the assessment of the budget’s impact on their well-being.
