A further analysis was made of data on work-related mental health from the OSH Pulse survey and from other European surveys2 on working conditions and occupational risks that are repeated over time to provide a picture of the situation regarding the mental health of workers before, during and in the ending phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. [...] The aims were to: ▪ provide a detailed description of the state of work-related mental health in Europe at the end of the pandemic; and ▪ generate evidence to inform the discussion about the immediate and possible long-term consequences of the pandemic for work-related mental health.
