Building on the process to implement ICCS and the report on crime and criminal justice statistics authored by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) of Mexico,1 the Guidelines for the Governance of Statistical Data in the Criminal Justice System are aimed at providing advice to the criminal justice system on the collectio.
