It is specified in the terms of reference for the Committee, contained in annex II to the decision, that the Committee would conduct its work both electronically and, subject to the availability of resources, in person, meeting at least twice during the intersessional period before the sixteenth meeting of the Conference of Parties. [...] Further to the meetings mentioned above, the Secretariat has prepared the preliminary agenda for the present meeting, which will be hosted by the Government of Colombia, with financial support from the European Union and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
