NIESR Corporate Membership Terms and Conditions

In respect of membership, the Licensee shall pay an annual membership fee at the rate determined in the licence agreement (plus any applicable VAT). [...] Where NIESR provides access to its subscription publications, including but not limited to the National Institute Economic Review, these will be for the use of th Licensee staff only, and access will not be provided to other parties without prior agreement of NIESR. [...] Whilst NIESR will use best endeavours to ensure the quality and appropriateness of the opinions and information provided, it shall have no liability for the accuracy or otherwise of such information, or its appropriateness to any specific context. [...] In the event that NIESR is unable to provide the service above to any material extent, or the needs of the Licensee should increase materially, the parties will meet to review the Membership, with a view to changing the level of service or cost involved for the remainder of the period. [...] Subject to the clauses above, all exchanges between the Licensee and NIESR under this agreement shall remain private and confidential to the parties concerned.
