[...] At the end, the consultant must fill in the section stating the objective of RNFE (validating a full or partial qualification) and a form for referencing the skills identified to the learning outcomes and performance criteria in vocational education standards, and the titles and reference numbers of relevant evidence. [...] Authorisation is the procedure for obtaining the right to conduct long-term vocational education activities and is granted by the Authorization Council of Vocational Educational Institutions (related to the NCEQE), while approval is the procedure for obtaining the right to provide formal short-term training (‘training and retraining’) programmes, and is granted by the NCEQE directly.
