The agenda for 2024 builds off the success of NLC’s advocacy efforts and the passage of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in 2021, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA, also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law or BIL) in 2021, and the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) in 2022.
