[...] 9 Emergency Response to the Internally Displaced People Since the onset of the spill over of the Gaza war into Lebanon southern borders in October 2023, Plan International Lebanon team immediately positioned itself to respond to the immediate needs of the children and their families who were internally displaced and affected by the escalations on the borders.
