[...] Reviewers and panel members will be advised to consider the unequal impacts of the impact that COVID-19 related disruption might have had on the track record and career development of those individuals included in the proposal and will be asked to consider the capability of the applicant and their wider team to deliver the research they are proposing. [...] It is the PL’s responsibility to articulate in the proposal the added value that an Project co-Lead (international)will bring to the overall leadership of the research and their role in the management of the project, as well as the relevant research experience and expertise that they will bring to the project team. [...] It is expected that the Research and Innovation Associate will be based at the same institution as a leader on the research project and a thorough justification as to how the Research and Innovation Associate will be supported must be provided where this is not to be the case. [...] There is no limit to how much of the proposal can be spent on other international elements but the requested funds should be appropriate to the needs of the proposal: • Project Leads and Project co-Leads (UK) can request funding for travel and subsistence to visit and/or research in other countries where this is essential to the conduct of the research proposed.
