China, Mexico, and America's fight against the fentanyl epidemic

Dear Chair Hassan, Ranking Member Romney, and distinguished members of the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Spending Oversight Subcommittee of the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs: Thank you for holding this hearing entitled, "Strengthening International Cooperation to Stop the Flow of Fentanyl into the United States."
