CBD Compliance Committee under the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety

Furthermore, at the recommendation of the Compliance Committee, the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol, on multiple occasions,4 urged Parties that had not yet done so to submit their national reports. [...] In view of the above, the Compliance Committee may wish to consider recommending that, at its eleventh meeting, the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Protocol caution the seven Parties that have submitted neither their third nor their fourth national reports, in accordance with section VI, paragraph 2 (b), of the procedures and mechanisms on compliance under th.
