We randomize the reference meeting across: (1) the first meeting of the day, (2) the last meeting before lunch, (3) the first meeting after lunch, and (4) last meeting of the day. [...] For each respondent, we 21.2 randomize the reference meeting across: (1) the first 51.7 meeting of the day, (2) the last meeting before lunch, 6 to 10 people 24.5 (3) the first meeting after lunch, and (4) last meeting 23.8 of the day.
