INFORMATION OFFICERS You must make your request to the information officer of the public or private The head of every entity that holds the information. [...] Additional ways to overcome the exemption: This category of information can be disclosed – if disclosure would advance accountability and transparency or reveal misconduct or deception if the information relates to the expenditure of public funds if the third party who would be affected consents to the disclosure if the information is already available to the public.
