Within this context, Global IPC Nutrition partners have called for action to: a) Improve the planning and co-ordination of IPC AMN analyses b) Identify issues related to nutrition data gaps for the analyses c) Work on the complementarity between IPC AMN and IPC Acute Food Insecurity (AFI) scale To take up the challenge, the IPC Global Support Unit and the nutrition partners in the IPC partnership. [...] Purpose The overall purpose of the multi-partner task force is to lead the collective development and implementation of a roadmap that will provide the framework to enhance the IPC AMN overall in order to better inform decision-making, including resource allocation, policy, programming etc. [...] In line with the structure of the IPC Global Strategic Programme (2023– 2026), the development and implementation of the IPC AMN Roadmap will be articulated around the four Programme Outcomes: (1) IPC is a strong Partnership (2) IPC is an agile system built on innovation 1 . [...] Membership The Task Force is composed of the IPC Global Support Unit and IPC Global Partner organisations with a nutrition mandate, including Action Against Hunger (ACF), Comité Permanent Inter-États de Lutte Contre la Sécheresse au Sahel (CILSS), The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission (JRC), the Global Nutrition Cluster (GNC), UNICEF, and WFP. [...] Other IPC Global Partners that can contribute to the implementation of the road map as well as global nutrition experts outside of the IPC partnership may also join the task force.
