Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) - Narrative for Health Care Organizations in Ontario

We are engaged with in care for staff leading safety event reviews, and quality and safety Ontario Health’s Provincial Equity and Indigenous Health program education to staff whose primary focus is anti-racism, equity and and are participating in the Indigenous Hospital Leaders meetings to social accountability.
