Decisionmakers in the San Joaquin Valley (SJV) are interested in understanding how the region might harness its land, water, and other resources to participate in California's transition to a clean energy economy to bring broad prosperity and improve well-being in the SJV. This report describes a SJV Clean Energy Portfolio Toolkit that RAND developed to help SJV decision makers explore the answers.
