As U.S. Space Force leadership continues to determine the best use of all personnel in the workforce, it will need to rebalance officer and enlisted role distinctions and redefine the realm of possible positions for civilians while also considering the optimal total force mix. This report presents general guidelines for clarifying role distinctions across different personnel types and potential future directions.
