This may impact on progress, given the personal initiative and leadership on the part of the current Chief Justice to monitor and implement agreed actions to address various challenges round the court construction process. [...] Through The Mid-Term Review (MTR) process in 2015, the project was redesigned towards the achievement of service outcomes of relevance to the public. [...] Collective efforts between the Judiciary, PIU and the World Bank, through the implementation of the Project Completion Plan and agreed actions coming out of supervision missions and monthly meetings, have also borne fruit including:. [...] Finally, the World Bank has also contracted a consultant to provide independent advice to the team as well as provide ad hoc technical support to the Directorate of Building Services in the Judiciary on strategies and actions that could be implemented to further accelerate court construction progress. [...] These directives limit both the number of construction personnel permitted on any site and the movement of persons and construction materials to and from various sites.
