Draft Addendum to Environmental and Social Systems Assessment (ESSA) - Morocco Urban Transport Program PforR AF - P173048

This relatively poor performance is due to the weak ownership of the procedures by the site-specific focal points, included in the environmental and social management guide, and to the absence of a focal point at the central level, which was not foreseen in the design of the parent project.
