The concurrent sessions touched on the growing discourse shaping the Global South and evolution of its multilateral mechanisms; importance of reframing the global climate discourse to take into account the priorities of developing countries; and the future of military conflicts influenced by the growing adaptation of artificial intelligence. [...] But are you going to provide us with the arms that we need in order to resist the invasion?” That question, at that time, in the middle of the darkness and the cold of the winter, Borrell could not answer.
