[...] in the original implemen- tation plan for the Arctic Energy Summit, adequate levels of funding would have supported the creation of educational materials for public schools; a graduate level Arctic energy course through the university of the Arctic; undergraduate and graduate research in the areas of Arctic energy and power; and development of a web-based and interactive Arctic energy atlas.
