(4) Development and Management of the USACE Civil Works Program: Interfaces with and advises, assists and supports the HQUSACE DCG for Civil and Emergency Operations, the DCW, the Director of IIS by advising on Civil Works and related Continental United States (CONUS) and OCONUS water resources, water management, water security and other water and land-related natural resources issues and challeng.
