The ECOWAS Commission has received a Grant from the New Partnership for Africa’s Development Infrastructure Project Preparation Facility (“NEPAD- IPPF”) with Africa Development Bank (AfDB) acting as administrator of grant funds towards the financing of the Study for the Praia- Dakar-Abidjan Transport Corridor Project.
