For thousands of years, it has been the traditional land of the Huron-Wendat, the Seneca and the Mississaugas of the Credit. [...] The formation and function of the data governance table would best be co-designed with the community to reflect the unique context, data nature and intended use. [...] The third and last phase of the strategy will expand the reach of the Framework and implementation strategies by scaling and spreading them across the region. [...] Organizational agreement and readiness depend on a thorough understanding of current data use and governance processes, available data holdings, the nature of the data such as personal health information, and the individuals or groups involved. [...] The establishment of shared data governance and community governance tables is supported by the initial internal organizational work to understand data collection aims, the data ecosystem, the legislated data responsibilities and available resources.
