For the purpose of claiming the preferential tariff treatment for an originating good, the original copy of the Proof of Origin as referred to in Article 3.12 shall be submitted to the customs authority of the importing Party together with the documents required at the time of customs clearance of the goods for the importation in accordance with the laws and regulations of the importing Party, inc. [...] (d) The competent authority of the exporting Party shall provide the information and documentation requested, within: (i) fifteen (15) days of the date of receipt of the request, if the request pertains to the authenticity of issue of the Proof of Origin, including the seal and signatures of the issuing authority; (ii) thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of the request, if the request seeks Pa. [...] The said record shall contain the following information: date and place of the carrying out of the visit; identification of the Certificate of Origin or the origin declaration which led to the verification; identification of the goods under verification; identification of the participants, including indications of Page 31 of 409 the organs and institutions to which they belong; and a record of pro. [...] If the competent authorities of the importing and the exporting Parties fail to agree on the fulfilment of the compliance of the Rules of Origin subsequent to the modification of the manufacturing conditions, they may refer the matter to the Joint Technical Committee established under Article 3.31 for a decision. [...] Without prejudice to emergency measures, no Party shall stop the importation of a good of the other Party solely for the reason that the importing Party is undertaking a review of an existing SPS measure, if the importing Party permitted importation of the good of the other Party at the time of the initiation of the review.
